The scope to be defined is aimed at accompanying our client in the definition, implementation and development of all phases of the Company’s Digital Transformation. It focuses mainly on process improvement. Three would be the key steps:

– Analysis of the initial situation, the definition of the Scope and the Area Governance. Ask how we are, to know what we want; answers questions such as: how are we working? what are we doing? are information systems used? what happens in case of incidents? how long does the process take?

– Design and execution of the Project Plan.

– Follow-up and future support to analyze possible deviations that could arise with respect to the final approved model.

There are four stages of the consultative model on which we carry out the Consulting tasks, although we focus mainly on the second and third stages.

Depending on our client needs and the project temporary definition , different members and profiles will be incorporated.

It is vitally important to generate unity among team members and a sense of collective; 

Communication is of vital importance and is a key element for the development and guarantee of the final success of the project.

Aware of this, at Sietech we use agile methodologies that value each and every one of the steps that are carried out; we have all the members of the organization involved in the project; with their information, their experience and their role, with the aim that the success of the project is the sum of the individual successes of the parties.

The initial step of our Consulting involves the “hand drawing” of the process and the rest of the processes that are to be improved; It is intended to define the diagram of the process and what implication the rest of the processes have in it. (AS IS). A mapping of the information of processes and threads is carried out.

This phase is very important, and its good result will be the fundamental basis that guarantees success in the final result (ToBe).
